      Hi Buddys,

in the past weeks the prices on basically everything herb&mines went down to hell on my server, i want to ask around if you made same experience.

normally the prices variets on my server always a bit, but there were still some things which sells decent (f. eks BC stuff) but now i am selling to very lowest prices and can hardly give away my stuff.

i had to stop gatherbuddy on all my 3 accs - because it makes no sense to push the queue of my bankchars higher. (they are at 200-300 atm and many of the mails hold full containers)

iam not playing endgame content of wow (just making gold), so i can just imagine why no one will buy stuff these times -> cataklysm knocks on the door. is that so?

      greetings

I've seen a rapid decrease in the last week or so as well.

Prices of saronite bars will never drop! :))

1 stack of bars = 25g to vendor.
Do the math and start smelting and making more gold!

I have talked to a lot of people who are not farming wool and silk for max profit.

One server I've noticed the prices have gone down the crapper, it's even hard to sell the stuff at any price. Another server, prices are better than ever and mats are moving faster than before.

      It doesn't make any sense.

its not really a surprise as ive said in lots of threads blizzard are cutting off their nose to spite their face so to speak as they cant beat us with warden so theyre making the fruits of botting little to worthless.

Prices haven't been great on my server, but wierdly they picked up a bit last night. Not sure why or if it will stay like that but they were definately higher and back to normal last night for a couple of hours.

I'm prepared for disapointment when I log in later today though :D

Mate you cant blame Blizzard for crappy AH prices, its due to too many bots and not enough people looking for mats to buy so soon before Cata when it all becomes worthless.

Pft botting will never be worthless for me, as I just can't be f***ed grinding mats to level my profs. So botting is worthwhile for me just to powerlevel crafting professions. Any gold I make on the size is just a bonus :D

Well I just started farming and such, but I listed a bunch of ore and noticed it didnt sell, and was undercut by a shit ton a day later.. should I be focusing on selling bars more? I wasnt sure if I should keep up both due to JC'ers etc.. same with titanium?

I don't think mats will become worthless, people are going to be leveling professions again come the expansion and will need some of the old world mats.

On my server, prices are going down the shitter as well:

Titansteel bars went from 120g each to 55g ea (current price)
Cobalt bars went from 60g a stack to 25g a stack (assuming they sell)
      Eternal Earth/Shadow went from 100g a stack to 30g a stack
Eternal Fires went from 27g each to 16g each
Frost Lotus went from 25g each to 6g each
      etc etc etc

Economy is bad, so I'm pretty much relying on the extreme amounts of saronite bars I'm botting to make actual money. I also farm fish in WG with a second account which sell fairly well at 20g/stack for Glacial Salmon, and 12g/stack for both Nettlefish and Muscleback Sculpin. Getting full glacial bags after a night of fishing to bring me around 1.2k a night.

Yeah, a lot of stuff went down for me, too. Though cobalt ore was going for more than twice as much as saronite, which was unexpected.
