is your toon flying high above the ground? -> navigate to the ground
are your tiles loaded? turn on verbose logging and upload a log.

 

Where can i see if its ground or flying?

start -> run -> cmd
tracert auth3.buddyauth.com>C:\iwilluploadthis.log

upload the iwilluploadthis.log at the root of your C: drive.
