How to autostart and auto select routine?

Hello there!
Is there way to create a shortcut to HB that will auto start it? Like, clicking the "login" button, select a botbase, routine and press start?
All I found while looking for this was HonorBuddy: Command Line Parameters - Buddy Wiki
I know it should be possible, because some auto reloggers do it, but I don't want to use use
