lol.... 2 cents here, i was banned 2-3 months ago across the board, multiple wows/d3s - never believed in them correlating IP amongst accounts UNTIL i randomly made a new account about a week ago, just after 5.4 so HB was still down. I was banned within the hour , hand leveling DCd and email stated abuse of economy. Went to live chat they said that an exploitive third party had accessed my account (aka my IP is on their list haha) and they said they would clear this up. I'm still on the same IP and still not banned so I either cleared my IP off their list for now or I'll just be banned after i add MOP lol

 

I remember also when he had 16 accounts banned. All in the same IP all gathering different bnet accounts. prob all in the same area on different servers and btw of course they will keep the ip and put it on the blacklist.

Why I tell people if you are going to bot carelessly then use a *** and a VP for each different account.

 

No it aint.
You can't sign a contract that gives you the right to do something illegal. Like, "hey sign this contract and it's okay for me to murder you". It don't work that way, you'd still be going to jail if you killed somebody.

Anywho. They can ban you if you abuse the economy. Just deal with it, if you're fucking them they'll fuck you back. If you drive the ghost iron ore price down to 50s/20stack youll get banned.

 

When you are rich which blizzard are, they you don't have a chance no matter what the situation nor would they care to give a fuck. But if you are talking about the AH like Mac said if you undercut anyone ridiculously they will respond and report you because they can.

Like someone said once before its better to make money slowly then it is to make money fast and have a chance to get reported just for that extra gold.

 

Well from what I read here is what I think. I warn you that you won't like it. If you were banned for third party and you weren't using any then appeal and you will be unbanned (but you already have and were not unbanned) thus leads me to the conclusion that you were botting. I know you won't like it, but you don't get banned for using third party software if you weren't using it.
