Here is the problem with this sort of idea. While it does sound good you have seen the type of bullshit that goes on in forums. The biggest problem outside of bot hunters are those asshats that always try to take advantage. Say someone does the 100 titanium ore and are willing to sell it. They meet through your site and complete the transaction, now say the buyer files some sort of complaint saying someone used his credit card, paypal etc. If it is refunded then the seller is now without his goods, so he is now pissed that YOU provided the forums to create an environment for such transaction and he decides to sue you. Don't laugh there are asshats everywhere trying to get money from people just trying to provide a service, look up the old lady who spilled hot coffee in her lap from Mcdonalds, after living 70 years she knew the coffee would be hot and still got a load of money for damages. Of course this is all hypothetical but the danger is still there. I used to carry a 5million dollar insurance policy for my business, because of asshats always looking for ways to get money I actually got a higher insurance limit, the premiums go up, the headaches with lawyers etc. Even the most simplest little thing someone tries to do can put them, their income and possessions in danger by some asshat wanting something for free..... @ the mcdonalds coffee thing, she had a legitimate case because the coffee was WAY hotter than it should've been by any standard. Look it up.
It would be all based on game currency anyway not paying real money for game goods unless your selling gold.
