Going to have to go with GB2. It doesn't look like a bot and it never seems to get hung up on anything. It seems that Questing Bot needs some human interaction when it starts to look obviously botty getting stuck on certain things or not pulling mobs with its special spells and blacklisting them. All of the bots are good though, but I think that GB is the only one I afk with. And god forbid you accidentally steal someones quest item or quest mob with Questing Bot, people will start yelling at you and it's good to be able to reply and say something to them.
Grind bot is not working for me. Dies every 5th minute do to ignoring the mobs. Tried 4-5 diffrent profiles (mop + cata)
I've tried BGbuddy, DungeonBuddy, and Questing (Kicks Profile). Dungeonbuddy is by far the most likely to bug out, probably 50% of the time or more. NEVER afk this. BGBuddy is fine, but because so many people are botting BGs, you'll stick out like a sore thumb. I don't recommend this either. Questing profile (Kicks) is OK, but there are some issues and it gets stuck once in awhile. I've afked this before on a separate account that was suspended/banned, so I'd be careful also. Your safest bet is BGBuddy, but it really depends on if other players report you or not.
Hey all. I am just about to start running HB and want a safe set of plugins to run from lvl 1 - 90. Want them so i can leave it run nearly flat out and never have to look at it. Is this possible?
Rarely get any crashes, however, when I do, ARelog takes care of that! But to answere your question mate, I'd like to say that it depends. Lets say you write your own 1-90 Questprofile and you've really put some work into it. Then sure it would be more AFK:able than; Some shitty 1-90 profile who some scrub just put together in 5 minutes. I'd like to say that its all up to the profile.
I dont think that crashing is the problem, the problem is when you get caught on a rock or in a gully or something that your char cant get out of. Its not enough to log you out, but when your char is twitching (or spinning in the sky) for 5 hrs, people tend to notice. I personally put too much time into my chars (even the botted ones) to jack it up over a game glitch.
The ONLY afk bot is grindind. There is no way guys. It's risky, but its the only way to go if you want to afk. Questing is everything but afkable. It get stuck so many times, it does not choose a quest rewards ecc. Atm questing is really shitty.
1-80 questing might be 100% afk but even then if I did that I would run mixed mode with BG just incase I got stuck I could at least net some XP. otherwise grind 85-90 and do arch 100% afk 80-85.
I used BGbuddy from 55 to 85 with no issues. Sometimes the bot would run for 8 or 10 hours unattended while I was at work. Very rare for it to run continuously without getting disconnected though.
With the unstuck routines not working at all pretty much nothing but grindbot is afkable. Not even that if you have any vendor present.
I ran the Archeology bot last night for 7 hours 49 minutes! I'm pleased to say it worked flawlessly! Also, I'm rather new to honor buddy. Thanks for the tip on Relog. Archaeology used to be great xp, but it has been getting stuck like mad lately, I'd only use it if you can babysit it.
