Raf dungeon leveling is fast, so you will have weak gear. Leveling 5 paladins is possible, but they will all fight for gear. Get different classes, cloth, leather, mail, plate users so they will have best gear possible.

      i did it twice.

      one setup was as follows:

      tank: pali (singular)
      healer: shm (singular)
      dps: feral (superbad)
      dps: feral (superbad)
      dps: mage (singular)

for this group, it was awesome. all 3 of the dps were competitive, mage took a while to get started but in the later levels started smashing it out. the pali tank was great. shm did fine at heals (change healing surge to 90% and take out the bullshit heals)

      second group was

      tank: pali (singular)
      healer: druid (singular)
      dps: preist (singular)
      dps: hunter (singular)
      dps: mage (singular)

this one i had more problems with, mainly the healer. the druid just would not fucking heal. it wasnt that HB was not responding, it would do shit like bark skin and other stupid shit but the amount of times it would let the tank die (then brez it, then start healing it properly lol) was amazing. from this i'd advise against druid healer, but rest were all good and quite even on dps. again tank was fine.

edit// just an added tip. you will hit 80 and then run into the problem of "youre 100 ilevels too low to queue for random dungeon". you can solve this problem by going to hyjal and there is a vendor that sells like 232 gear or something like that for all slots/all classes. (its a 'catch up' vendor). dont do what i did and spend like 3k per char buying expensive greens just to bump up ilvl to queue again.

Been 'raf'ing a few groups through dungeons.
What is mentioned above is very true, that for bots, one tank - one healer - 3 dps is a basic setup that will work fine. Also having different types of armor makes it more fun to some degree. I usually ran as the tank and let the others follow with fpsware's lazyboxer. Pallys are the easiest with tanking and probably best when things get hairy but I've found the Blood Death Knight more fun... but less able to adapt when a bot does something stupid (and they will now and then).

I've found that some bots do better than others in regards to the singular routines (third party routines don't seem to be as effective in my dungeon runs... the damage output by the singular routine is regularly providing twice the damage). Maybe it was just me. I did find it helps to make sure each bot is running from a separate hb folder ;)
As an example, druid healers are very popular in many runs. But the singular routine for healing is too slow to react when things get hairy and there's very few third party routines for it (healing I mean). I also found the druid would run into the center of the battle to heal and regardless of what bot routine I used, it'd just keep doing that rather than hold back.

The priest singular routine has proven best for myself as it reacts the fastest so I get through dungeons quicker with less downtime. Pally healing was just 'ok'. Haven't tried the monk yet.

For damage, A warlock demo' worked wonders though the pet can sometimes get over excited and run off on its own to groups (other specs were very average... aoe's always get those dps meters going :D). Rogue wasn't very good at all, dps druid was below par (tried every routine), hunter and enh shaman were good. Mage is okay but it's usual cc doesn't help much. I guess you can expect your usual crowd control to be near useless.
It also helps to tweak the bot routines to work better for you. As an example, I change when the shaman will drop a healing totem so he does it more often to help with the overall battle (so a little off healing). Otherwise, he'll only drop it when he gets hurt. Hope some of that helps ;)

So you tank by hand and what about your other toons they all ran by lazyboxer? Just wondering have you ever tried 5 manning with DB alone.

Nah, never tried it alone. And yep, I use FPSWare's Lazyboxer.
Macedawg's setup is probably closer to what you want :) Might try 5 man with DB on some of my 90s.

I used DB 1-83 5 toons and 1-80 on 5 toons just recently.

      My recommendation:
      This group gives +10% attack power,+5% crit,+5% stats,-12% armor on bosses,+10% stamina,+10% spell power.

Tank: Pally or warrior, both do very nice dps.
      DPS: Feral Druid or Monk
      DPS: Hunter
      DPS: Warlock
Healer: I've only tried monk n priest very little, both worked well tho. Druid healer does need alittle class config especially at the lower levels, but once they're configured correctly they never let me die, and if it happens due to a too big pull, instant combat ress. ;)

Edit: DEFINITELY go warrior tank for the higher dps and priest healer for the speedbuff.

Only team I haven't tested out yet that crossed my mind was
      Warrior tank
      Feraldruid,hunter,rogue
      Priset healer

Would def be some fighting between the rogue and the druid, but would add an 10% ranged and melee haste to the full physical dps team.

I used singular for everything, don't roll shammy as they really suck for dps 1-60, Hunter seems to always be in the top 2, and lock rly gets high with better gear.
For my next group I will be doing with full looms once my 83s are 90 and moved to another acc. :)

I did 90% of the tanking myself, there are alot of instances that the bots fail at if left unattended to tank. However I'll be mapping out the instances that it can afk at least for me, so I'll just be able to queue for specifics while afk.

      Currently:
      DeadminesStockades
      Scarlet Halls
Scarlet Monestary (not recommended with weak gear as the boss encounter gets hard for the healer)
      Uldaman
      RFK

      Ramparts
      Slave Pens
      MGT
      UTK
