      A lot have pointed out that at least an update or two would be appreciated.

      Radio silence is not a nice way to deal with your paying customers =(


      We understand it takes time, just let us know that you care.

      The cost for an update will be to buy another lifetime license...

      When there is something to share, it will be updated.

      So what you are saying is that's there's absolutely nothing to share? You are saying that by now the devs haven't identified if there is a new ninja update to Warden or if it's just the offsets that need a hotfix? You are saying that there is nothing being tested at the moment that would be worth sharing with the community? Nothing being worked on right now to update the bot that's worth sharing? Is that it? Because if this is really true, then I would assume that no one is working on this issue right now. And that's bad.

      I'm saying that there is nothing that needs to be announced to the community as a whole.
      At this point, all you need to be aware of is that we are working on it.

      Phyzoon, what is wrong with you? Huh, how can you be so demorolizing? How old are you? 10? You have a life time license wich u barely used money on. U can still play wow, just play your self. And if you have absoulutely no idea on how to play World of Warcract without a bot doing everything for you, well then maybe learn? And if you dont want to play wow without a bot doing everything for you, then go outside, get some fresh air! Be with your family or friends. Come on, stop being such a douchebag, u disgust me :)

      Every time there is on update ppl go crazy on the forum, let them work on it insteed of flooting the forum with the same useless shit...

      Check the forum for an update from time to time, and have some patience..

      Yes. But ARE you working on "it". Or some other bot? Or watching TV? We don't friggin know. The last time there was extended down time for HB, some other crap was released. Do you really think the HB customer base would give more money to Bossland for a new product when the current product they are using isn't stable and the status is unknown? For all we know, HB is being abandoned.

      Now I know it's being worked on. I know the whiners are annoying. We're just asking for a bone. "We're aware of it" isn't even a scrap of cartilage. We'd hope you're aware of it. That should be a given. Even something like "A developer that is currently working on another project is getting the update done in his spare time. Should be done in a day or two." OR "The update is done, but we really want to make sure people stop getting stuck on leaves as they quest before we release it".

      Hours and hours of no update at all is just crappy customer service regardless of the product or customer base.

      Who do you think you are, just barging in with you medriocre writing, all assuming, pretending to know anything about me at all. I never said anything about not playing WoW, or about not knowing how to play without a bot, you don't even know what do I use my bot for or if I do in fact have a lifetime license, learn basic reading first, please. Demoralizing? Don't make me laugh, this is my first post regarding this downtime and I only posted because I felt bambam922's post was somewhat rude. I was trying to understand how come there's absolutely nothing to be shared after almost 24 hours of downtime, wich is rather odd for a ninja patch. The only one disgusting here is you, trying to suck up to the devs, blatantly making random, inaccurate allegations.

      I don't blame you, I don't blame anyone for asking why there is no updates yet, personally I think HB is understaffed especially for the amount of money they make from the bot, customers are entiled to updates matter if they have lifetime or not, we still paid for a product that is not currently working

      In order to get a status update the devs would need communicate that which takes their time out of updating the bot, keep in mind that most people wouldn't even understand what they doing even if they explained it.

      I think even if they gave updates other users would say "Please focus on updating the bot, we'd rather you be updating the bot then providing all these updates".

      I just rebooted my comp, with an ssd ofc, logged in with my password and wrote this post in less than one minute. Very time consuming.
