I've been getting the same error that many of you have been getting:

Updated C++ 2012 and .Net 4.0 but I'm still getting the exception error.

I'm using Honorbuddy v2.5.8077.692 from the zip. I've made numerous clean installs of HB and PC restarts before and after updates, but alas, still getting the error.

      Here are my specs:

I understand it takes time to get work all of the kinks worked out after a patch... so, no worries. However, I want to make sure I've done everything I can do on my end. (It seems that simply installing the C++ 2012 has worked for many people)

If it's something you guys are working on (totally awesome) just let me know so I can stop face rolling my keyboard! ;)

Thanks, Tony. Is that information available somewhere? I didn't see it in the release thread?

I had this also runing Windows 7.

Solution - use the installer instead of the zip-version. Then start the bot and it Works Again =)

This worked for me! had some trouble installing first (said something about my admin not allowing it while I was running it as admin) but changing install folder solved that.
