Honorbuddy won't attach to WoW

Have read through all the posts in the support area, and tried pretty much everything and I still can't get honorbuddy to attach to wow, even after the last update.
Have tried both the installer and zip, still no luck.

The error from the log is as per attached.

The game is running in 32Bit, and in windowed mode.

Have been trying to get it to work since last WoW patch.

 

restart your machine, make sure your fully logged in and in game before starting honorbuddy and when you start honorbuddy you right click it and click "Run as Administrator."

 

Tried that. Tried running game with and without admin. Waited 5 mins before launching honorbuddy.
Tried the honorbuddy launcher with and without admin, as well as just the honorbuddy with and without admin.

No luck

 

download and install this.

if it says its already installed then do the repair. after its done restart your pc.

try changing dx11 <> dx9

 

It is in dx9
Just switched from dx9 to dx11 then back to dx9.
Still doesn't work

 

i fear another problem ^^

when you update the game (patch and stuff) it will ALWAYS run your wow-64.exe, not your 32-bit version anymore (even if you try running your 32-bit exe). how to fix this?

go to you wow folder, locate the wow-64.exe amd rename it to kinda like "wow-64.BAK". start it all over and it should work. beside that: you'll always have to do this over and over again once the game patches

did this work for you? beside all that: your log looks kinda weird ^^ is that a beta version? because last known final version to me is [Release] Honorbuddy v2.5.8072.690 and that one is running smooth.

 

The wow-64.exe was already renamed to wow-64.bak, did this before last patch. Confirmed to be running in 32 bit per attached.


The honorbuddy version is per last update release.

 

i did not receive any update lol, restarted the bot for testing several times during the last hours ... running the version i posted above ( .690), try downgrading to this version, maybe the version has a bug?

690 international is linked in there. please reply if this one works so the devs know that there might be a prob with the new one are you in germany? yours looks like the german version?

 

Unfortunately if you try and download the zip or exe you will notice that it is no longer 690 but version 696.

 

for gods sake it did not upgrade and did not receive any upgrade requests ^^

unfortunately seems like a version problem... u gotta keep waiting for the devs to fix it then or support... usually they are pretty quick maybe someone uploads a .690 version somewhere but i do not have a unconfiguered .zip anymore

 

you should NEVER use outdated versions. please stay out of the support threads.

check your AV program, try disabling it temporally, or if you can add honorbuddy or the honorbuddy folder to the white or excluded list.
