Looking good so far.
Logged attached is from a couple of bgs I did with your rotation.
Bugs:
Trouble mounting, its spamming somthing. Targetting myself helped
Applies soul reaper at 100%
Grips when chains of ice is up and glyphed chillblains
At one point it couldnt decide if it wanted to be in blood or uh presence.

There might have been more but cant remember. Ill add as i think of it.

1) Mounting is the phantom cast issue which we have found the source of the problem so consider this fixed.
2) I'll need to check my death timer again.
3) The CR is set to Asphyxiate atm so I haven't taken into account any other talents on that level yet.
4) This is where "PreCombat" is pulsing while in combat but, you don't have a target. HB bug possibly or precombat is actually called in combat now? In any case this is also fixed.

 

Makes me want to roll UH just to test/use this .

Dude focus UH > Frost. It's the flavor of the season

 

I tested this out on a 499 ilvl dk with 43% pvp power, i went in arena at 1.9k and was doing around 5-7k dps with tyrael which is not good hope you could update it to perform better

It's an alpha, 5 -7K sounds like you're just auto attacking... Log please.

 

It is casting spells, as it does write on honorbuddy "casting ..... etc but ill add a log later tonight

 

Liking your CR but needs improvements

-Too much stance dancing
-Mounting bug
-Doesn't really use pet spells
-Doesn't seem to asphyxiate?
-Doesn't use conversion or icebound fortitude

 

Hello, please remember this is the alpha conversion of Frost so that you guys can tinker with it till I get it up into public beta.

Stance is set to 75% health, pre-combat bug is forcing it into unholy when ever you lose your target or re-target.
Phantom cast still eludes me but, we getting close to finding it.
No pet support atm
no third tier support yet
