New login system - got no key

Hi,

after a year not using hb i wanted to login. i have lifetime keys. but i can?t login.

can you send me please info how i can login?

 

You should have received an email at your registered address providing you with the new auth key. You can also log into the HB Auth HERE and get your key.

 

thanks. now i found the key

but i receive this message:

You have entered an invalid product key. If you are trying to log with an username and password, please check your registered email address to obtain the key that is created instead of your old shop login.

i use instead of the passwort the key

 

All you use is the key now. No user name or password.

i am still asked for username and password??

 

double check and make sure your using the key you got by logging into your buddyauth account. it should look like this.
1A2B3C4D5E6F7G8H9I0J

make sure your theres no spaces before or after your key.
