Honorbuddy refuses to start.

Hi there. I'm a first time user and I followed the instructions as written in the manual, but whenever I try to run Honorbuddy, an errormessage pops up saying "Honorbuddy has endoutered a problem. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

I haven't even gotten to the stage where I'm able to enter my Key. What's going on and what can I do?

you guys need to get your OWN support threads, do not piggyback off someone elses with "me too".

after your done restart your pc.
if your still having issues after, upload a new log as an attachment.
