I really think it would be perfect for people to help kickz complete the questing profiles 1-90, the bot has soooo many bugs and kinks its unreal, u cant leave the bot overnight , it would mess up after 30 mins been left alone maybe a hour tops, i think what kickz has done tho is great hats of to him, i just think maybe some other HB scripters should maybe step in also and help finish it off to the point were it can run constantly without messing up, and people dont have to babysit it, maybe im askin for to much here i dunno just a thought seen as it is one of the most important scripts HB has to offer.
Asking too much? I'm not even sure what you're asking. They are being actively rewritten and polished and handled by a whole team now. Its one of the best profile support threads I've ever seen. If you're having trouble with Kick's profiles you should post your issues in Kick's profile thread. Help people help you. Also: How to attach a log.
ah i didnt no they had been working on it, so you can leave kicks on all night without it messing up? bcus me or my friends certainly cant. Mine cant even get to lvl 5 without getting stuck 4 times.
I didn't say anything about me and my use. I personally wouldn't leave a bot running all night. What I said (and am saying) is that you are asking for something that is already in existence and your post is largely a complaint disguised as a request for help. You haven't even bothered to read the instructions in the thread or you would know about the changes. You didn't provide any useful information for anyone to help you or to help the profiles in general (which you said was what you wanted). You didn't post in the right place. You didn't post a log. i see what your saying in a very lame unhelpfull pointless way, you say there helping the script but its been the same for a while now, the bugs in it are very minor bugs aswell, they do the quests fine its just the getting stuck constantly part i am reffering to, i tried to say what needed to be said without sounding ungratefull, bcus even tho i am complaining i am very greatfull to kickz for the work he has done but what i said still remains.
Not every comment is a request for help. To consider it so is the easy way that is chosen much too often in this forum. It is a way of neutralizing a public discussion. I agree with the OP with the following remark: As the work of an individual, kicks'profiles are really great. As the the work of a whole team, they are pathetic.
Kicks profile is flawless.......Honorbuddy itself has issues with navigation. Edited - Before get a mute for not speaking positive about the program and acting like nothing is wrong with it.......lol
What's "chosen much too often on this forum" is a failure to read. The title of the thread is "Help kickz perfect questing bot". In the first 11 words he's asking people to step in and help perfect Kick's profiles. That is, by definition, a request for help. Furthermore the very thing he is supposedly requesting is already being done and he's not even aware because, like you, he has also chosen not to read. What's further "chosen much too often on this forum" is a rant disguised as a request for help. If he truly wanted help as he stated, he would try reading and following instructions. If he knows of problems with the profile and won't post in the right place, won't describe specific details, won't post a log, won't read instructions, after being directed to the right place and shown that others are, in fact, trying to do what he asked for then he is now part of the problem.
I think you are the one in need of reading lessons. At least, if you are not intentionally misreading him. He is not asking for help for himself, he is looking for a nice way to express his dissatisfaction with the state of the profiles.

So you agree that he's completely disguising a complaint as a request for help. I apologize for completely misunderstanding your alternate use of the English language. Now that I understand the real intent of your post I look forward with great anticipation to your collaborative effort to release a flawless, comprehensive profile pack complete with equally flawless navigation in a complex and dynamic 3D world.
Actually, Makkli has a great point: We profile writers hear it at least once a week if not more than often: "How come it isn't flawless, there are so much better versions out there (that don't do nearly as much), I could do better, I just choose not to". There's a difference between someone saying "Hey, this isn't perfect, someone go about fixing it" and "Hey, this isn't perfect, I found this issue, and here's the log, and hopefully someone can make it better using this"
This is not quite accurate enough. A majority of requests for support would be through the form of a message left at the butcher next door because people will not post in the correct threads.
I do not think the OP, and I certainly do not, expect profiles to work flawlessly. As I clearly stated, I have great respect and appreciation for the work done by Kick and other profile writers. The issue is about the status of kick's profiles as "official" HB profiles. As such, we are entitled, as customers, to expect more of them. This, because they are not the responsibility of one individual, like your profiles are yours, but of a whole team, in fact of a company, that charges money for its products.
Just curious? Are you a sock puppet? Psychic? You sure seem to be more concerned with and more in tune with the exact details of what someone else really thought or really meant than Miss Cleo. Also, thank you once again for teaching me an alternate definition for an English word. I never realized the word "pathetic" could be used to show "great respect and appreciation". We got it. You are (both) unhappy with the profiles, you deserve better and you don't want to do anything to help make them better but demand that they be better. You win.
I agree with this, tbh I think a lot of people have unrealistic expectations of perfection to begin with. The work to avoid lcp detection as well as warden is very impressive for the staff to provide to the community and yourself as well as kick and cava have worked your asses off to provide very well written profiles. The idea of having something perfectly afk without any issues or assistance from plugins is kind of foolish to just expect. I always accept when I leave the bot running that it might have gotten stuck on something thats why I always set it to log out for inactivity. You and the other profile writers work very hard to provide us with a profile set you do out of the kindness of your heart and idk if you or kick do but cava has a donation thing set up if people wanna donate. It's not like you guys get paid to write these weekly or are obligated to do it. People should show the profile writers some respect for all the time and work they put into this. I salute you sir!
