locked myself out of the buddyauth.com site lol

so i tried to log in too many times and it told me to contact support. how do i fix this? i dont need any of my info changed i remember my password it just took me a few tries to remember it lol
 
give it a couple of hours, if you still cant get in, then your going to have to send an e-mail to support.
support@thebuddyforum.com make sure you include your key if you have it.
