Just because every single one of my alts has run into this and I've come home to find it stuck in one spot and a certain quest not turned in.... A Mammoth Undertaking - Quest - World of Warcraft Quest Name: A Mammoth Undertaking Profile: 68-80 Horde (not sure if the same happens on Ally) Problem: The path it takes to return the mammoth takes it through a pack of dragons instead of looping left or right around them. Mammoth dies and bot sits in front of quest giver and can't turn in. My solution by hand: Taking the mammoths along the left side, and maybe running into one mammoth that attacks (I usually ignore the mob, run straight to quest giver, turn in, and then kill the mammoth easily). I've only got one more alt that needs to do this quest but maybe it'll help others.
You are not a lone there mspropt, All of my characters are doing stupid things also like running into a wall over and over had to stop it them walk around myself and then the quest handin it just sits there says doing it but does jack all. I say the meshs are fucked up big time.
Hi again, ShortRound, Indeed, Honorbuddy will not sell soulbound items, and there is no configuration (in profiles, settings, plugins, quest behaviors, etc) that can override that. I'm sure if it was attempted, people would get angry when they lose Transmorg gear and such. For the foreseeable future, you'll have to clean soulbound items out of your bags, manually. cheers, chinajade

You've got two issues going on, and neither is profile-related. The first issue is Honorbuddy seems to have stalled in executing the profiles directives (of killing the Jadefire Felsworn). Th second issue (after it looks like you initiated combat manually), is that Singular looks like it is unable to successfully carry out an attack against the mob. Please make a post to the Support forum regarding these issues. Neither of these issues is a problem with the profile. cheers, chinajade Ref: Javiergame4's original post w/log

Hi, Razer, Meshes/Navigation are not a profile problem. Please see the guide for Reporting Problems or Seeking Assistance to get your feedback (with the required logfiles and screenshots) to the appropriate place. Ref: [Guide] How to attach your log If you don't provide the needed feedback, things won't improve. cheers, chinajade
Two of the first quests in Outland has terrible hotspots. I've leveled 3 characters - all of them had the same issue. What happens is that you gotta kill 58lvl mobs and colect some wooden and metal parts from the ground. However, the hotspots drive the bot to 62-63lvl mobs and if you are hunter - with terrible AI, you are getting destroyed. ATM the hotspots are: Code: <Quest Id="10055" Name="Waste Not, Want Not"> <Objective Type="CollectItem" ItemId="25912" Name="Salvaged Metal" CollectCount="8"> <Hotspots> <Hotspot X="-350.515" Y="2597.85" Z="46.6643" /> <Hotspot X="-369.3131" Y="2552.401" Z="47.9209" /> <Hotspot X="-348.7426" Y="2528.42" Z="43.95677" /> <Hotspot X="-299.4455" Y="2533.99" Z="41.63297" /> <Hotspot X="-309.2085" Y="2580.641" Z="41.46647" /> <Hotspot X="-408.8845" Y="2487.06" Z="42.64096" /> <Hotspot X="-343.7585" Y="2438.598" Z="41.95909" /> <Hotspot X="-298.0957" Y="2468.684" Z="40.80849" /> <Hotspot X="-298.0676" Y="2434.586" Z="43.62084" /> <Hotspot X="-276.7405" Y="2394.579" Z="49.47664" /> <Hotspot X="-281.2067" Y="2355.724" Z="51.15179" /> <Hotspot X="-262.9833" Y="2330.913" Z="55.39469" /> <Hotspot X="-275.2995" Y="2270.008" Z="62.03498" /> <Hotspot X="-347.6588" Y="2293.912" Z="53.39001" /> <Hotspot X="-394.9232" Y="2324.181" Z="45.50835" /> </Hotspots> </Objective> <Objective Type="CollectItem" ItemId="25911" Name="Salvaged Wood" CollectCount="8"> <Hotspots> <Hotspot X="-350.515" Y="2597.85" Z="46.6643" /> <Hotspot X="-369.3131" Y="2552.401" Z="47.9209" /> <Hotspot X="-348.7426" Y="2528.42" Z="43.95677" /> <Hotspot X="-299.4455" Y="2533.99" Z="41.63297" /> <Hotspot X="-309.2085" Y="2580.641" Z="41.46647" /> <Hotspot X="-408.8845" Y="2487.06" Z="42.64096" /> <Hotspot X="-343.7585" Y="2438.598" Z="41.95909" /> <Hotspot X="-298.0957" Y="2468.684" Z="40.80849" /> <Hotspot X="-298.0676" Y="2434.586" Z="43.62084" /> <Hotspot X="-276.7405" Y="2394.579" Z="49.47664" /> <Hotspot X="-281.2067" Y="2355.724" Z="51.15179" /> <Hotspot X="-262.9833" Y="2330.913" Z="55.39469" /> <Hotspot X="-275.2995" Y="2270.008" Z="62.03498" /> <Hotspot X="-347.6588" Y="2293.912" Z="53.39001" /> <Hotspot X="-394.9232" Y="2324.181" Z="45.50835" /> </Hotspots> </Objective> </Quest> <Quest Id="10482" Name="Fel Orc Scavengers"> <Objective Type="KillMob" MobId="21161" Name="Bonechewer Orc" KillCount="20"> <Hotspots> <Hotspot X="-351.1303" Y="2593.28" Z="47.00567" /> <Hotspot X="-293.7091" Y="2536.323" Z="41.5882" /> <Hotspot X="-299.2195" Y="2525.057" Z="41.96227" /> <Hotspot X="-352.3141" Y="2564.656" Z="47.73722" /> <Hotspot X="-348.205" Y="2684.201" Z="35.3539" /> <Hotspot X="-326.6227" Y="2730.19" Z="22.83915" /> <Hotspot X="-310.2519" Y="2445.738" Z="41.8271" /> <Hotspot X="-290.4205" Y="2371.501" Z="49.14611" /> <Hotspot X="-320.7427" Y="2388.986" Z="45.21659" /> <Hotspot X="-273.3268" Y="2336.726" Z="53.69223" /> <Hotspot X="-274.3605" Y="2263.992" Z="62.85251" /> <Hotspot X="-348.5459" Y="2310.501" Z="51.54601" /> </Hotspots> </Objective> </Quest> The code has to be: Code: <Quest Id="10055" Name="Waste Not, Want Not"> <Objective Type="CollectItem" ItemId="25912" Name="Salvaged Metal" CollectCount="8"> <Hotspots> <Hotspot X="-478.9968" Y="2846.52" Z="38.96838" /> <Hotspot X="-482.9401" Y="2899.796" Z="31.37897" /> <Hotspot X="-438.252" Y="2962.404" Z="9.010023" /> <Hotspot X="-508.3192" Y="2994.803" Z="8.777855" /> </Hotspots> </Objective> <Objective Type="CollectItem" ItemId="25911" Name="Salvaged Wood" CollectCount="8"> <Hotspots> <Hotspot X="-478.9968" Y="2846.52" Z="38.96838" /> <Hotspot X="-482.9401" Y="2899.796" Z="31.37897" /> <Hotspot X="-438.252" Y="2962.404" Z="9.010023" /> <Hotspot X="-508.3192" Y="2994.803" Z="8.777855" /> </Hotspots> </Objective> </Quest> <Quest Id="10482" Name="Fel Orc Scavengers"> <Objective Type="KillMob" MobId="21161" Name="Bonechewer Orc" KillCount="20"> <Hotspots> <Hotspot X="-478.9968" Y="2846.52" Z="38.96838" /> <Hotspot X="-482.9401" Y="2899.796" Z="31.37897" /> <Hotspot X="-438.252" Y="2962.404" Z="9.010023" /> <Hotspot X="-508.3192" Y="2994.803" Z="8.777855" /> </Hotspots> </Objective> </Quest> With that code he will for 5 min gather the stuff and kill 10-13 orcs, after that he will run around for 5 more mins to kill 7-10 more orcs Actually it might not be hotspots problem, but some bot pathing problem. There's one other quest called "The Legion Reborn" where you just have to turn it in at one NPC and he starts a 4 quest chain. Even though these 62-63 lvl mobs are not on your way to there the bot goes to them on it's way to turning in that quest. I was unable to fix that. However, changing to my hotspots really makes it easier for the bot, not waisting time trying to kill / killing 62-63lvl mobs that are not on his to-do-list at all. Ones he turns in The Legion Reborn he doesn't go anymore to the high lvl mobs, the listed hotspots are up ground, not near them.
Really bizarre issues in Deepholme with the bot riding off cliffs to its death or flying high into the air and dismounting for no discernible reason. The latter was while trying to turn in a quest. The former was trying to ground mount ride to a mailbox. View attachment random Fall.txt View attachment The Twilight OVerlook.txt Both falls are documented with a LogMark. In the second log, there are actually two instances of this happening, but I was only quick enough to logmark one of them. The first was in the same place maybe a minute or two before the logmarked one.

Hi, LowKey, and many thanks for the logs (especially with those logmarks!), In your first log, [12:30:43.931 D] Could not generate path from {581.0367, 1422.354, 193.6451} to {681.483, 1789.82, 334.9915} (time used: 0 milliseconds) @ FindStartPoly [12:30:44.075 N] Moving to Type: QuestPickUp [12:30:44.155 D] [Mount] Frosty Flying Carpet is known, but we don't have the skill to use it! I'm unclear on why you died on this one. It looks like Honorbuddy thought you weren't mounted (while in fact, you were flying in the air). The attempt to mount the "Rusted Proto-Drake" caused you to dismount and fall to your death. We can see nothing in the log where Honorbuddy was having problems communcating with the WoWclient, or the stuck handler causing some kind of side-effect failure. This is not a profile problem, but to be honest I'm completely baffled as to what exactly happened here, or why. On your second log, things are a little more clear... [11:40:16.738 D] System.Exception: Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed, at addr: 00000820, Size: 336 at GreyMagic.ExternalProcessMemory.ReadByteBuffer(IntPtr addr, Void* buffer, Int32 count) at GreyMagic.MemoryBase.Read[T](IntPtr addr) Your Honorbuddy is most definitely having problems communicating with the WoWclient. When this happens, all bets are off. The only way I know to repair this problem: Try #1: Restart Honorbuddy and the WoWclient Try #2: Reboot the machine Neither of these issues are profile problems, and if they continue to happen you should open a thread in the Support forum. Very sorry we couldn't be more help, chinajade
So why does the bot always want to do "Rather be Fishin'" quest in Shatt when I load the BC Horde Flying 58-70 quest profiles? The quest can't even be obtained until lvl 64. But the profile insists on trying to accept it at 58, 59, 60. Tried everything.
Hi, Masterjeweler, Its sounds like you may be suffering from cache corruption issues. You can find the explanation and solution in this article: HelpDesk: Cache corruption problems If this doesn't repair your problem, please see the guide for Reporting Problems or Seeking Assistance. Specifically, you must attach your full log that captures the issue, so we have something to analyze. cheers, chinajade
I would strongly advise editing that image to remove your char's name, and if taken in game, remove completely as it has a watermark. Perhaps if a mod sees this first they can edit your post accordingly. Remember, Blizzard likely read these forums... (*adjusts tin-foil hat*) As to your problem it would seem that perhaps HB has got out of sync with the WoW client, but am sure a dev can verify. Just a few minutes before your handin issue beings we see: Code: [14:34:49.730 D] System.Exception: Only part of a ReadProcessMemory or WriteProcessMemory request was completed, at addr: 000001B4, Size: 4 at GreyMagic.ExternalProcessMemory.ReadByteBuffer(IntPtr addr, Void* buffer, Int32 count) at GreyMagic.MemoryBase.Read[T](IntPtr addr) at Styx.WoWInternals.WoWObjects.WoWGameObject.() at Styx.WoWInternals.WoWObjects.WoWGameObject.get_SubObj() at Styx.WoWInternals.WoWObjects.WoWGameObject.get_InteractRange() at Honorbuddy.Quest_Behaviors.InteractWith.InteractWith.<CreateBehavior_CombatMain>b__3d(Object context) in c:\Users\kmo\Desktop\Fun\Quest Behaviors\InteractWith.cs:line 841 Not sure why this sometimes happens, but generally once that stats happening, all bets are off and things start to go wrong. In the first instance, I'd suggest clearing your cache (http://www.thebuddyforum.com/honorbuddy-forum/honorbuddy-guides/108771-help-desk-post1067458.html#post1067458) and restarting both Wow and HB, and trying again. If that fails there could be something corrupted with your install, so try a fresh install, and also a reboot. Hope that's of some help!
Stuck in Deepholm quest. Issues in Deepholm. Keeps hover above questgiver npc, the drops down and almost dies, heals up with CC, then repeat process or flyes abit away and go back doing it again until I force bot to stop.. Tried fresh install with STOCK plugins and ONLY kick profiles. Still same problem. While doing this quest it is also impossible for profile to get me back to the questarea. From deepholm inn it just bug around in the room under the roof there. On my way to give up and just grind to 90.. :/ Log attached.
quest Captain Tyralius lvl 69 netherstorm Could not generate any hotspots for quest Captain Tyralius. Please place a quest override for this quest. Bot Stopped! Reason: Could not generate any hotspots for quest Captain Tyralius. Please place a quest override for this quest.
Problem with quest in Deepholm "Hard Fails". This is probably a navigational issue, but I post anyway just in case. Character approach drakes on ground, if they fly up it follows in a stuttering way. If it approach and drakes haven't started to fly yet the character just sit mounted and do not open attack at all. Solution is to just initiate attack manualy for it to work. I really hope there will be shown some love to hb and kick's scripts so we can play at least a LITTLE afk. Thanks. :O
