Log error

Personal I have a problem every time I try to log in honor of an error please help me

 

Check doing this 2 little steps:

1.- Update C++ Using this file: Download Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) from Official Microsoft Download Center

2.- Update to the last version and use a clean install ( No plugins / No CC's )

 

i have done all of that and still have the problem, so frustrating, no idea what im doing wrong etc

go here and click on that thing, you will need to reenter your login Key - after you have clicked on the buddy wizard! - worked for me!
