HB still not working for me

I have had problems using HB since 5.4 was released. It worked for a couple days after I started launching WoW using the HB launcher, but stopped after a couple days. I am using Directx 9 while using HB. When I try to use HB I get the following message:



I am launching HB and WoW using the HB launcher. I also check the log files, but there is nothing there. I think that is because HB never actually launches.

 

Blizzard is forcing the 64bit application. The resolution for you can be renaming the wow-64.exe file or removing it.
A other solution could be to use the Honorbuddy.Launcher.exe

 

I am using the Honorbuddy.Launcher.exe already.

 

make sure wow is running in 32bit mode. it should say in the lower left hand corner X86, if it says X64 then your running in 64 bit mode and that wont work.

use the honorbuddy launcher to launch wow in 32bit mode. after that make sure your fully logged in and in game before starting honorbuddy.

 

I don't know how else to say it, I AM USING THE HONORBUDDY.LAUNCHER.EXE already. Both responses have told me to do the same thing I am already doing. Its getting a bit frustrating.

 

did you read my entire response? when you start wow, it should say in the lower left hand corner what version is running. make sure that 32bit mode is running. make sure you are fully logged in and in game before starting honorbuddy.

 

Yes, I read your entire response. Yes, the 32 bit is running. Yes, I am using the the Honorbuddy Launcher. Yes, I am getting the same error. When using the HB Launcher my WoW login screen and my Honorbuddy login screen come up at the same time. I sign into wow and wait till I am in game before I attempt to sign into HB. When I sign into HB is when I get the message I posted at the beginning of my thread. There is no log produced either, I assume because HB never actually starts.

These files should open correctly.

 

Disregard, I got tired of not getting any helpful advice and just deleted and re-installed everything. Its working now.
