      Account Action: 72 Hour Suspension
Reason for Action: Terms of Use Violation -- Exploitative Activity: Unauthorized Cheat Programs ("Hacks")

This suspension happened because one or more characters on this account were identified using an unauthorized cheat program, also known as a "hack.". These programs provide character benefits normally not achievable in the World of Warcraft. Such benefits include, but are not limited to, increased speed, teleportation, or running through walls/boundaries. Use of these unauthorized programs harm the game environment because they offer an unfair advantage over other players and superscede the intended limits of the game.

I am not 100% here and if someone could correct me that would be great. When the new patch released I used the launcher a few times to run the game, I also had one warcraft crash where my son had left the "send to blizzard" option checked on the crash log. I suppose if that didnt get me it must have been a player report. I have geared 4 characters full pvp sets for this season (btw Thx Honorbuddy, letting me have a life outside this game). I used HB a lot to farm bgs, I would say 80% of the time supervised and if the bot started bugging out id rescue it.

I may appeal, most likely not though. Id love to get some comments on it.

I also got a 72h suspension on my main account. I'm pretty sure it has to do either with the launcher or with the logs thing, because after I was done farming on my other account I logged off and logged into my main. HB was still attached to WoW, then it crashed and I think I accidentally clicked the "send to blizz" button. I never botted on my main acc. And my farming account is still good. Tried to appeal, they said it was "confirmed" so the 72h stays.

You got stuck in a corner running in a circle; you were reported by players.

No discredit to kicks, its very good. There are few zones you have to supervise tho.
