Questing Bot Stopping or doing nothing.

Botted few months, have normally been able to solve problems easily.

Last few days questing haven't been running smoothly.
It will do 5-10 quests then stop randomly and start afking, it doesn't "stop" the bot, just stands around.
Sometimes i can get it to run by stop/starting, or restarting hb, or restarting hb with deleted cache.

I've tried full fresh HB install (both zip and installer), updated and re-installed all plugins and SVN's.
tried deleting all 3 caches (wow, HB, blizzardappdata).

Also i should mention sometimes when trying to stop/start it fades out the "start" button to grey and non press able.

uploaded 2 latest log files, the error happened in both.

tried dx9 and now im getting the "Error trying to save the settings file:" message.

 

ive tried that like 5 times today, just did another now 30 mins ago.. same deal

 

Doesn't only stop on Questing. My bot can suddenly stop while a mob is hitting the character (after killing the other 3~ mobs, and just leaving the 4th.)

 

yup that happens to me aswell..
just did a few searches and it seems some of these problems have been around for long with no answer..
searching "Error trying to save the settings file:" and looking through all those posts is sad.
CodeNameG or tony is answering each one with the same responses and when people return with "done all that, still not working" its either closed topic or no answer.

download the latest version of honorbuddy from here.

after that do a CLEAN Install into a new folder, do not re-install to an previous installation and do not copy over any plugins, combat routines or quest behaviors into this new installation.

 

Yes CodenameG i have done that.. ive seen all the other posts youve replied to. i already tried turning off antivirus, turn off read only, deleted caches and settings to let it restore.. I need something more than the default answers..

 

im still waiting for a log. if you make a change and it still not working, we need a log.

 

I made the fresh installs before even making the thread, the log is from a fresh install

 

this is from right now, still getting the error that settings cant be saved

completely fresh install, updates kicks svn, only essential plugins, no antivirus or windows firewall on.

 

Yes i am logged in as admin, also running the honorbuddy.exe as administrator

 

only singular that comes with the default setup.. i havent done anything other than make a new folder and unzip into it, setup mount + autoequip and talented2.. i havent changed anything..

 

are you even reading my thread? half those things i already wrote that ive tried.. Yes also checked if its about read-only..

 

if your running an anti-virus disable it temporarily and if possible add honorbuddy to your anti-virus to exclude the honorbuddy directory from being scanned.

 

okok enough "support" out of you two, ill figure it out myself..
