Paid Account In the email I received this morning the account action is marked as "Account Closed". I'm assuming this is indeed a permanent ban and not a temp / 72 hr ban? This was my first time ever getting caught and as far as they know I only botted for a couple of hours for a few levels after 7 years of having this account active. After my 1st appeal they declined and stated, "An additional review of the action has been completed. We have confirmed our initial findings, and the action will not be reversed or changed.". My question is, with this being a first time offense and I was in no way really harming anyone or anything.. what are the odds of getting my account back?
To follow up.. they are indeed refusing to remove the permanent ban.. first time botting.. botted for 4-5 hours from 58-62.. and permanent.. friggen rediculous
