As the title sais, it feels like there's been some major changes with Honorbuddy since last time. I've been away for about half a year now. Back then early 2013, I was botting for my life, the only way to do it! Mostly in bg's. When botting with my Warrior or any other melee class, it was heaven. They locked on targets perfect, stayed on targets, followed them without any issues. Now when I'm back, I was hoping it would work the same. But now it's a joke.. My warrior is a total moron now, using the same basic settings as before. Now.. if he charges an enemy, and that is a big IF. usually he just mounts and take a good long look at the enemy, then dismounting and running towards him, sometimes charges. Anyhow.. once the battle has started with this foe, if the foe moves around to much, the bot wont keep up.. The mouse to click function is weird. Say the other player stands in once place, then moves to another. My bot clicks on the enemies previous location and moving there, but there is nobody, right? so.. if the enemy moves around to much, the bot wont be able to hit him AT ALL. This was not the issue half a year ago. Then he stuck to enemies like GLUE, didnt ass around, made perfect rotations, hell.. kicked ass. Followed them perfect, not moving to enemies previous position. Also..it used to interrupt like a god, now my rogue wont even use kick, even if I tell it to in the class config -.- I was just wondering, Does anyone else have this weird issue? Or maybe it's intended, but it was way better before. Or is there any magical plugins / profile / combat routines needed nowdays? I know I had nothing of that before. Kind regards A happy botter!
I am having the exact same issues. Can?t do BG?s anymore. You get spoted as a bot miles away as character is acting like a complete moron!!
Tried using BGBuddy alone, with the payed version of ultimate pvp suite, iglue and many more... Finally i got a configuration that was able to take down a player with much lower GS then I have. But than I realiced that BGbuddy itself is so crappy, eaven if you get the fighting working, everybody can tell that you are a bot before the BG starts. So I don`t use it anymore. That is sad, because that was the main reason I bought it for.
And Santa Claus is married to the easter bunnie. Thats what I?m hearing for months now. I was reporting bugs and problems, explained many problems in defferent bgs and so on. The only thing that got fixed were the new problems they created in the previos version. But BGbuddy itself never got improved. Let me show you an example. Lets say my class would work perfect and is able to really kill others. I Join Silvermine/Alliance. Someone in the group askes to go to the left gate to get the lore that is alsmost at ist goal. Everyone stands at the left gate, exept the HB bots. They all stay at the exact same point at the right gate. Battle starts. The bots run and jump down that little edge than TURN AROUND and walk a few feet, because their waypoints is behind and they jump over it. At that moment people start to post their macros "Report xy for botting" Seen that about 10 times in the last months from different players! Than the bots will stay in the middle and fight. If the opposite side is smart and realices the bots they do what I usually do (because I notice them right away)- Take my druid and stay in the middle, heal me up all the time and CC them, so that 4 bots try to kill me. So there are only 6 enemy players left that try to take over the lores, while 9 of my players defend the lores. Instant win. Battle for gilneas: Bot starts, runs to the first flag. As soon as it is captured and 5 players around you mount up at the same time, and ride to the watermill, no matter if 9 hord players come towards you, you know that that are bots. You can leave the bg, because you will loose it. Also here i noticed some players that already noticed that behavior and started reporting. So without a huge BGbuddy fix including new behaviors, randomisation, new profiles and new logics, basically a complete new botbase, BGBuddy is currently the best way to get banned. Eaven using GB is safer. My Buddy lost 2 Accounts 4 weeks ago, while leveling 80-85 with bgs and they were all running on seperate IPs, were all supervised 100% of the time, they didn`t got stuck or anything, the just acted shitty. He recieved alot of whispers from other players like "Damn botter" he eaven answered them all, but still got banned. I`m kind of sick of writing here how bad it is atm, and nothing happs, so i just shut up and kept quiet and stopped using BGbuddy.
Yeah, It's a shame really. But hopefully it will be fixed at some point. It's a big joke as it is now, was way better before. I miss those times, watching my bot carve through people like nothing! Was well fun to see when people was gonna "fake cast" but the bot was to quick to interrupt, so they get interrupted anway! Hopefully we will see these glorious days once again!
The issue you state here is being worked on. At the moment Honorbuddy is SLOW AS **** with gathering data from the game.

Lets hope so. Since Hb isn`t allowed in germany anymore, it got a little bit better in Bgs and it isn`t so obvious anymore that you are a bot if you would have found a way to still use Hb :-D Anyhow, some of the Bgs didn`t eaven work at all. Like AV or the beach. But sadly you can only blacklist 2 Bgs but for HB you needed to blacklistlike 4-5. So all you could do is wait for a weekend with a bonus BG that kind of works and farm extra honor there. I`ll just wait and see what happens and keep my eyes open to some other projects that were doing pretty well eaven in beta status.
Thumbs Down for honorbuddy for everything right now , I was just in a AV and everyone knew who was botting, they was even talking about raid botting and dungeon botting and our combat routines everything they did not say " honorbuddy " but they said botting programs. Just shows that HB team making a killing off this bot If everyone is talking about it in CHAT in a BG lol. After a while you get more iffy about using it at all. We can only wait and see I would be botting more safe then ever now that is for sure.
A program will never play like a real person controlling the toon, only problem I have (and everyone else I suspect) is Isile of Conquest (the docks BG) and AV. Im guessing Because there 40 man bgs these ques pop 90% of the time but it looks like the botbase doesnt have the logic like other bgs. Late to leave the gates, just teleports in and out of our base and jitters around while the the opposite team runs past you
my rogue with a cc is working fine. using iglue plugin for better target lock, ultimatepvp for switchig on healers and combat dismount to, well, dismount as soon as in combat. stopping him from staring at people mounted and not help. however, if i run my dk he will actually lock on to a target. run towards him, do a hit, run 10yards through him not doin anything. then he turns around and repeat. actually resorted in me not botting my dk lol...
