Hi, Morroklump, These are normal. The Combat Routine decides when it wants to dismount for the attack. A mage will probably dismount at a much greater distance (35+ yards) than a melee character will (15-ish yards). And yes, the dismount to turn in a quest is to prevent bugs. Some quest givers will not offer you quests or allow turn-ins while you are mounted. Honorbuddy has no way to a-priori know which of the quest-givers are persnickety, and on which quests they behave this way. cheers, chinajade
