Why wouldnt you want it to spam? The clipping problem from Cata has been fixed, so there is no reason to not spam it... Explosive Shot LnL proc...spam it or not? - Forums - World of Warcraft
Just replied to the OP's post in the PR v2 thread with this info, also. According to Icy Veins, when you get the LnL proc from Explosive Shot, you get two casts of Explosive Shot without any focus cost or incurring a cooldown. You may even get three. I haven't played my Survival hunter in a while, so I'm not certain if it's only two, or maybe three, or if you just spam it until LnL is over. All in all, the clipping issues was fixed, so now you spam it on LnL procs. All the routines are doing the right thing.
Lock and Load has 2 stacks and resets the cooldown on Explosive Shot, that way you can always cast 3 Explosive Shots in a row. (2 from the buff stack and 1 that's off cooldown)
