Ok, so i woke up this morning, and i saw my overnight bot had an angry wisper, something like "botter omg, reported botter". I was like ok w/e today, same guy wispers my bot everything is still good.
This is the wrong way to respond. The right way is to not respond at all. Blizzard won't ban you for not responding to harassment. In fact, you should report HIM for harassing YOU.
i like threads like this one...its a matter of minutes/hours to see a reply like "i report botters" and then BAM!
I ask for their Skype name then DDoS them later >.> Keeping botters safer with people knocked offline for days
You know from reading that... He's probably a botter and you're a target because your bot owned his... Go Honorbuddy!
Yeah, to be honest OP, the real wisdom here is that: 1.) You shouldn't ever ninja nodes 2.) Use the 'Avoid Players' plugin to do so 3.) Use the HB/GB settings appropriately to do so Being reported *because* of ninja'ing a node is just the lamest. On topic, yes it's best to reply as a genuine player would -that is with a challenge, but do so with dignity and (especially in the case of being a ninja) a bit of humility wouldn't go amiss either. Anyway good result, but bloody install Avoid Players and/or adjust your gather settings OP! PS, no guarantee he hasn't reported you. He could be giving you a false sense of security. #lastlaughsonyou
I dont have ninja nodes turned on, i hate when botters use that. I suspect we were in different phases until landing, dont know what else could it be.
