Is it safe to bot like hell in a light botting account while the other computer in the network is my played by my main account?
      or should i use completely 100% V P N on this one?

Well both 'computers' would have the same IP address without a V P N, if that's what you're asking?

However botting 'safely' has little to do with Internet IP address allocation though, as IP alone is not conclusive. In your situation I'd be more invested in satisfying that 1.) Battle.net accounts share no contact details 2.) said accounts share no payment. Once and only once those two criteria are satisfied then yes, run a virtual computer and a V P N if you are planning to "bot like hell".

Maybe I don't quite understand your question though? I mean if you are planning 'light botting' then just do so smartly and you'll be safe as every other botter out there. Otherwise, "botting like hell" requires extra precautions as per the above in addition to your virtual box and V P N.

One of the very first bans I ever got was due to what could only be using a V P N. I can't really think of any other way to explain it.

I started 2 accounts, different factions, different servers, on Kick's profiles, I literally sat and watched both of them 100% for an hour. At level 7 within 10 mins of each other. Both were kicked offline and banned.

they were both reinstated after appeal.

About 3 months later I did something similar, didn't supervise them the entire time though. Probably botted < 6 hours total (questing) and one account was banned.

It was reinstated after appeal too.

Ever since then I completely quit using V P Ns. I run 6 clients around 16 hours a day, all on the same machine (not all on at once). I do change my Public IP once a week, religiously. That may not have anything to do with it, but it makes me feel better :)
