I just bought Honorbuddy and I installed it and did what the manual told me to do. When I tried to start Honorbuddy so I could put in my key an error came up. I search the forum and the common thing was to reinstall the program so I did. Same thing happened again and I don't know what to do. Please help me fix this before the time runs out on my account...
what was the error? make sure you right click the exe and go to properties and hit unblock at the bottom as well.
honorbuddy just did an update try to install via the installer http://updates.buddyauth.com/GetNewestInstaller?filter=Honorbuddy Buddy Updates
Clean install worked for me, a few didnt work after the update, others work... Damn i hate to make 10 new folders with plugins etc! :/

remove: - microsoft .net framework 4 client profile - microsoft .net framework 4 extended - microsoft visual c++ 2010 x86 redistributable - microsoft visual c++ 2012 x86 redistributable restart your pc, download the installationwizard from here run it as administrator. after the wizard is done, run windows update. And install all updates for .net & c++ restart
