I did an automatic Honorbuddy update and my honorbuddy stopped loading and working completely. I got the advice to re-download honor buddy from the zip file and it is correctly opening now BUT it says my authentication key has expired when I bought the lifetime plan? Can someone help me out?
are you sure the key your using is the same one listed in your buddyauth account? when you log into your buddyauth account under status does it say Expired?
send and e-mail to support@thebuddyforum.com and let them know that it prematurely expired, they should be able to resolve it for you, make sure you include the key in question.
