Think of it this way; it's patch day, do you think the current version of honorbuddy is going to work with the new patch? Probably have to wait a bit for an update bud.

I thought it was regular maintenance, not a patch.

You guys were very helpful, thank you. I haven't used HB for a while and was taken by surprise when it went down for what seemed like regular maintenance.

Of course kiddo :) and I read up on when it can possibly be back; 1 - 3 days normally, longest it has taken to be put back up is 6.5 days, and can be as long as it is needed for the bot to be safe. Took that from chinajade's post.

You are very welcome- I had lots of questions when I started. But the community has grown, just a fyi- they have fixed a patch issue in as little as a day, and then I have seen almost 5 days..they do all they can to look at the coding in the patch and test their techniques on how to keep wow from spotting us and make it work again. They do a outstanding job and though it pains us all to see it down, it is a much better thing to wait and not see a perma ban letter from blizzard. Cheers, and have a great holiday.

I recently got out of my ban, but that hasn't stopped me :p I started using this when they first came out and I saw a post on MMOwned. I have to say, very impressed on how slick the bot has improved over the course of time, it can do quests.... Mind blown.

Kinda Strange, I got an update to the BOT but am getting the same messages. Is that message coming from when the wow ID doesnt match the Honorbuddy ID for the update? Before it just used to say in the loading screen of the bot. I tried using the beta and it seems the wow process error happens before it can even update, unless there is no update to the beta build yet? So technically right now nobody can use the bot, we are waiting for an update?>
