Mr.Blacklister - A Plugin that Blacklists dangerous nodes. 12/4/13 - Version 1.0 - Hard Times What is this? This is a plugin that works with Gatherbuddy2 and when it goes in to farm a node, it surveys the area, and if there are X amount of Mobs So close to the node it will blacklist the node temporally this will prevent your toon from lengthy combat sessions or getting killed in combat or by elites. How do i use this? to install the plugin extract the zip file to your plugins directory, your directory tree should look like this when its done, Honorbuddy/plugins/MrBlacklister/MrBlacklister.cs after that enable it in your plugins list, and click "settings" to adjust how many mobs, how far away and how long a node should be blacklisted for. Blacklisting Green Tea Leaf for 60 seconds because there's 16 mobs within 35 yards (closest Zijin Hollowfly at 19.41101). Blacklisting Green Tea Leaf for 60 seconds because there's 11 mobs within 35 yards (closest Mist Incarnation at 17.73285). Trying to change any of the settings and honorbuddy just crash, works fine with settings as they are but I can't change anything.
its for ALL mobs, not just elites. if theres dangerous mobs around it will blacklist the node and move on.
This is a great idea, but does it black list nodes that are not on the surface? For example the nodes in the valley of the four winds, While I'm farming those I usually get stuck on those ones underground and the saurok about kill me everytime I look back...
If you added 'blacklist with x player in y yards of node' then Mr.Blacklister would be great alternative to GatherSafe plugin which has been archived.
Actually using blacklister is the best for farming since most GB2 profiles already have built in blackspots. Tbh, I prefer not to have someone else archive where I can and can't go since ignoring the majority of paths is less nodes. Being able to fill my guild bank in no time is just the best especially when it's only 8 hrs of work lol
Tested this Plugin. Does not work with PB. The following line in "MrBlacklister.cs" Line 109 would cause that this Plugin works with PB and GB2: or simply replace the file i attached: View attachment MrBlacklister.cs
