Paid I havent botted on this Mainacc because my last Mainacc was lost by my stupidity. A friend of mine botted in the same household on 1 Account. He got banned and i got dragged down with him. They said Abuse of Economy and that i was selling gold. I did no such thing. They took 3,5 days to answer my ticket explaining the situation. I just lost 74 days of Profession dailies played by hand-.-. Account is gone forever. fuck blizzard. If i cant even play the auctionhouse, how am i supposed to buy all their shitty gold mounts?
As far as my experience goes, there are three ways for them to find you: 1 - Player Reports 2 - Excessive Gameplay 3 - Wealth If you bot smart, and depending which bot you use, you should be able to avoid the player reports. If you also bot smart, you should know already that long botting sessions are a no-no. And lastly, if you want to safeguard your account, do not use the bot for gold gains. In my case I only use it for the combat routine as I have motor problems and that is the only way I can minimally enjoy the game and continue playing. Sure, not everyone will follow the same guidelines, but then again it all depends on your aims with the goal and botting. I think your case is the one of "guilty by association".
So you love this game but you are not able to play and use hack for that? What is the point to play like that? I understand farming mounts, gear, achivements, gold, leveling and we all do that. But when someone use bot for CHEATING teammates that I can not understand. I mean what is the point to play game with cheat?

If i understand you right, using combat routines equals cheating other players who try their best to be good, but afkbotting to farm tons of gold, rares etc, while normal players have to "work hard" for it, is fine? That makes lots of sense oO But at OP, Blizzard probably thought the botter (your friend)botted with two accounts, because you were quite busy at the AH, too. If you didn't bot you can try to make clear that your PC and account had nothing to do with the actions of your friend. One question: How did you buy your Account? "legit" or bought with WoW gold?
