Honorbuddy Crashes on Start

Hey I start my Honorbuddy up after loading into the game, it gets to the initializing point and always I get a pop up saying "Honorbuddy has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I have done a fresh install, tried running it in DX9, and DX11, deleted WoW-64.exe, Cleared the cache, deleted the settings folder. Literally nothing seems to work. It does it both with version 708, and now 709.
