Still crashing at startup even after new update.

Want to make devs aware HB is still crashing at startup even after the new update that is said to fix it.

 

Same, tried to change Botbase when the menu was available, nothing changed, just crash, and stop working.


However, i have full confidence that the HB team is doing what they can to fix this, since it seems only effects a certain number of people, and not all of us, it might be an complex error

Well we are all being told do clean extraction, etc. It is quite obvious that all or at least the majority of users are having the same issue. The user had no reason to alter anything on their comps, which means the problem is without question in HB.

 

Yes I did a clean install of both version tried 709 and 710 and clean instal both still same issue tried everything possible on my end no help.

 

well of course you drag that conclusion, since it?s the people who have the error is the one making the posts, for the ones that the bot work fine for, dont.
So you will only see error posts...get my drift?

 

Remove all routines except for Singular. Or at least move them away from the Routines folder.

 

I am having this same error. I am running windows 8.1. and DX9.

I will try Dx11 as well as a windows 7 box.

 

just checked my routines folder and the only one in their is singular and I am having this issue. so that will not work.

I dont have any issues, it crashed once, but then when it came back, it prompted me for update (from 709 to 710) and it seems to be running just fine (questing)

 

It made my HB start at least. But it doesn't seem to work as it should.
