Just coming back to WoW and honorbuddy and can't seem to login.

Not sure what the "Honorbuddy Login" wants me to input, I've tried my username, my email, and the key sent to my email when I changed emails, but no love.

I can't seem to remember what to do.

Just copy and paste the key sent to your registered email.

 

That's the first thing I did. I'm not sure what gives.

 

if you havent register here. Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal with the same e-mail you used during checkout.
once you get in you should be able to view your keys, make sure the key your trying to use is the same one listed on the buddyauth site.
