I'm getting the same thing. I checked the buddy auth portal and I have no current sessions running. My key is currently active.

 

What version are you running ?

 

The last version download and pay today

 

Post a log for the support team so they can help you

Just redownload the whole zip file from honorbuddy.com and try again.. Buddyauth.com for killing the sessions...

 

I already did, still the same problem, Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal tells me my key is inactive, but today and paid

 

I just purchased a new key that isn't working. I reinstalled Honorbuddy (both zip and installer) multiple times but nothing seems to work.

the problem persists, use the latest version of the bot, but the key you have given me says this idle and try loggin honorbuddy tells me authentication failed

 

I just get

And its stop there :S

 

Got the same problem, it just says "authentication failed" when i try to start HB. Bought it a year ago and it has been working fine until now.

 

I'm getting the same as the OP, did you guys get a fix during your skype session?

EDIT - Posted same time as Tony! *facepalm*. Started new thread as requested.
