Hi again, El Fuego,

Thanks, I was unaware of that thread.

Indeed, how the Development team gets notified of such problems is through internal bug reports open by the Support staff. CodenameG did the best he could with the information he had available at the time. Your information and log was very valuable in getting a bug report open and isolating the problem, and we thank you again for it!

cheers,
chinajade

Hi again, Myrgy,

Nae, the profile does not select skills or tactics used during a fight?that is the responsibility of the Combat Routine. Many combat routines can be tuned by:
Honorbuddy
→ Settings & Tools
→ Class config

As to preferred specs, that depends on what you are doing. The preferred spec for questing rates 'survivability' very high as there are some thorny areas that questing will take you through. If you are PvPing, then you probably want a spec that maximizes your DPS potential (at the cost of survivability).

In general, for questing, I would recommend the following (from my personal experience):
DeathKnight: Blood
Druid: Feral
Mage: Frost (and frost mages are still going to die a lot, but not near as much as non-frost mages)
Rogues: Avoid completely (very frustrating to level by questing with a Rogue; they die very quickly in multi-mob situations)

If you would like more details, we suggest you open a new thread on this topic in the Honoruddy general forum, or Combat Routines: Requests & Discussion forum.

cheers & welcome aboard,
chinajade

Hello good fellows,

I'm pretty new to this botting profile, but have loved it so far. I did how ever find a bug with the questing in Grizzly Hills. After interrupting the dwarven camps at thor Modan, my character returned to a past quest that of "blind and Sasha quest". I was able to work around it by grinding past the xp range and move on, but i thought you guys might wan to know that a simple restart didnt get around it.

Thank you.

Hi, Aussieboy1011, and welcome aboard.

From your problem description, it sounds like you may have a corrupted cache. This article should help you resolve the problem:

If you are not off-and-away, we simply must have the full log file in order to analyze the problem.

cheers,
chinajade

Hi, Darknight1,

The DK profile is now very smooth, it sounds like an issue with your Honorbuddy installation.

If you need assistance, please see the guide for Reporting Problems or Seeking Assistance.

cheers,

The vendor Broff Bombast in valiance keep is listed as "Food" instead of "Repair", which makes the toon travel far at the start of the profile looking for repairs. Also, when it gets off the boat it tries to get right back in and ends up in the water and gets stuck. This is an old issue, so maybe it has already been mentioned before. Profile: LK 68-80.

The toon is unable to take the lift in Fizzcrank airstrip, Borean toundra. I noticed once a botter that was still going up and down after i had finished all the quests in the area. A dangerous, public, location to be stuck as a botter. Also an old issue.

Zul'Drak Ebon watch bug

View attachment 4912 2013-12-20 18.02.txt

Hey i'm back with another bug. Even though i deleted all my cashes and followed the guide another bug appeared. This time i decided to go diving into the code to see if thee was any errors, because I was repeatedly asking for quest and leaving. This reminded me of recursive loops that have incorrect terminating conditions that loop forever. Low and behold when i looked at the code, the command for picking up the quest "Kicking ness, and Taking manes" was commented out of the code. I am planning on completing the quest amnualy and progressing form there.

Hope this helps.

<TurnIn QuestId="12884" QuestName="The Ebon Watch" TurnInId="28518" TurnInName="Stefan Vadu"/>

<!-- <PickUp QuestName="Kickin' Nass and Takin' Manes" QuestId="12630" GiverName="Stefan Vadu" GiverId="28518" /> -->

</If>

<!-- <If Condition="!HasQuest(12630) && !IsQuestCompleted(12630)" > <CustomBehavior File="FlyTo" DestName="Pickup Quest" X="5215.493" Y="-1306.255" Z="242.0481" /> <CustomBehavior File="ForcedDismount" /> <PickUp QuestName="Kickin' Nass and Takin' Manes" QuestId="12630" GiverName="Stefan Vadu" GiverId="28518" /> </If> -->

Also I wanted to ask if there was away to skip forward quest because I'm a 76 pally yet trying to complete 74 quest. It seems like if i stayed with my level i would go quicker.

When I was doing the plaguelands quests it worked fine straight up till I lvled to 40 then it switched to the training mount script to get the next mount training however it does not move. Another issue is that because I do not have the required gold to buy the next mount training, it will no longer continue questing... is there a way to remove it wanted to do mount training?

Worgen starting profile is also broken

the log was to big <_<

While doing the quest [Into the Raptor's Den], my character just runs between two waypoints forever. I get bombarded with this:

Funny enough, I noticed others walking the exact same paths and having the same issue.

Just a heads up on a bug. The quest Loken's Order after it listens to the speech trys to mount but the disguise counts as a shapeshift so you can't mount up.

I've noticed this through multiple updates and fresh installs, its not a major problem as long as you babysit, but on the skinning profiles, alliance side, when the toon goes to stormwind to train the next skinning level, it doesn't click the skinning trainer, but stands right in from of her, sometimes it does click on her but it never trains the skill. As soon as I highlight the skill training for the bot, it auto-buys the next skill level. Probably a small bug you could fix, just heads up! Other then that, leveling has worked with 11 level 90s great work man!

Durty

PS: I am sorry if you already mentioned a way to fix this error or not, I am tired and do not want to read through this thread.

Does anyone know how i can optimise this for doing Loremaster?

I edited the 12-58 horde profile.

Changed the "me.level" to 91.
QuestOrder IgnoreCheckPoints="True"

I started on decently in Northern Barrens. But then it started to keep killing the level 90 NPC's. Pretty annoying and slow.

edit : nevermind. found the "Killbetweenhotspots" and changed it to false. Hopefully it will do the trick.

edit 2 : Despite setting killbetweenhotspots to false, it still does it. Damn annoying!

Forcedismount is very often not working. Especially when there are many hotspots in the quest override or in the quest body. I have given elsewhere the example of maliciously delicious. The same problem can be seen in many other quests where the toon keeps flying/riding from one hotspot to the other without ever engaging the quest mobs. In fact, the way HB is now working, it will engage non-quest mobs if they are hostile, but ignore neutral quest mobs.
An example is Ruuna's Request in Grizzly Hills.
edit: incidentally, there was another toon running the same futile rounds as mine.

Profile: [Fly][N - Quest] Uldum 83-85 [Kick]
Quest: Sending a Message (Sending a Message - Quest - World of Warcraft)
Bug Description: Improvements and a Bug "fix" for the NPC on Boat 3.

I changed 2 things:
1) I added IsObjectiveComplete, so when you start the Profile and you have already done a Objective, it only Fly to the Boats who are needed.
2) I changed the FlyTo Cords, so on every (of the 3) Boat(s) it lands behind the oar. (See Screenshot: http://i.epvpimg.com/rhvCh.png) and you use ForceDismount to Dismount.
2.1) To change the FlyTo Cords fixxed a "bug" on Boat 3 where the Char runs "under" (sorry i dont know the englisch word for it) boat, stands there and make nothing (because it seems that the bot not regonize that the npc is on top of the boat). (See Screenshot: http://i.epvpimg.com/ibBXc.png)
Its not a perfect solution, but i when he land behind the char and want to runs under the boat, it now pull the required mob automatic and kill him.

First add:
Code:
<Quest Id="28195" Name="Sending a Message">
<Objective Type="KillMob" MobId="47981" KillCount="1">
<Hotspots>
<Hotspot X="-10819.5" Y="1059.74" Z="17.47356" />
</Hotspots>
</Objective>
<Objective Type="KillMob" MobId="47980" KillCount="1">
<Hotspots>
<Hotspot X="-10877.22" Y="900.5729" Z="18.14097" />
</Hotspots>
</Objective>
<Objective Type="KillMob" MobId="47978" KillCount="1">
<Hotspots>
<Hotspot X="-10863.17" Y="826.0938" Z="18.51556" />
</Hotspots>
</Objective>
</Quest>
