[PAID] [Warlock] Demonic - An Advanced Honorbuddy Warlock Routine [PvE/PvP]

Ok. How to proper use it in arena?
For example 3v3. I want maximum dot uptime on all target but in same time i want use powerfull singletarget rotation on my target.
And if AOE mode enabled and i press burst mode hotkey. It will be AOE burst or single target burst?

It there any hint how to use it?

 

You'll want AoE enabled in 3v3.

You need to setup which abilities to use on burst being enabled, i.e. racials, 'on use' trinkets, dark soul etc. It'll still AoE when burst is enabled, unless you disable AoE and then activate burst - at that point it'll only single target nuke.

Burst automatically disables after 10 seconds. AoE needs to be manually enabled/disabled.

Shadowfury -> It'll only cast on the healer once the healer is actually casting a spell. Instant's don't count - so if they're trying to cast a full heal etc it'll cast it (providing they don't finish their cast before you finish yours).

HoP -> There's no code in the routine where it should stop on HoP - I've no method to test this though at the moment - Paladin and Warlock are on the same account.

Sheeps -> Units are checked for Polymorph before casting. Has been like that since day 1 - only causes issues when abilities cast on a different target has 'splash damage' that breaks it.. Rain of Fire/Seed of Corruption being a good example.

 

My character just uses only drain life, idk how to fix, ive reinstalled and all that jazz

 

Hey pvp guys, I just talked to a mage buddy of mine who has Portal and we decided to start doing some 2s together. What is your recommended spec in 2s with a frost mage? A chaos bolt on an orb/deep is game changing, but with all those pesky warrs ( I main one ) and rogues it is unreliable. However I don't see affli really useful in 2s where there is no true spread pressure. What is your suggestion?

 

Anyone having troubles with it in RBGs? Mine wasn't working earlier when doing them

 

anyone compare the dps different in 25 raid between this one and other pve CC for warlock?

Affliction is better in 3/5s. It's great against healers since they can't dispel the DoTs. For 2s I think I prefer Destruction.

My performance (damage) as affliction in arena dropped significantly suddenly. I dont know why..

 

Need more info. Log files.. When did it start.. Have you changed many/any settings?

I am using the routine in BG's mostly, i have noticed when the pet is attacking and out of range (due to opponent running away etc) the routine sometimes gives out of range messages and doesn't do anything else for a short time. I set my pet to not attack due to this reason. This is in affliction spec. Have not played enough in demo spec yet but will try to see what happens then.

Apologies if already asked but Dark Apotheosis (gyph of demon hunting) support in the routine would be a feature i would like to see if possible.
I like to have as much mitigation as possible in battlegrounds usually , it would be a nice feature alongside soullink and glyph of eternal resolve etc..

I want to do my last level by bg's, which is the best spec for it?

 

BGs and pet -> Which bot base? Tyrael (or equivalent) or BGBuddy?

Glyph of Demon Hunting is supported, but you need to manually activate/deactivate the form.

Affliction for high damage, Destruction for high killing blows.

no need start from lvl 1 and work to 90

 

Latest hb update seems to have caused a lot of fps drops when targeting something when in combat and running.

Will test some more.

Hey. Could you elaborate on "RoF everything in range"? Does that mean switching targets that are in a range and tagging them all with RoF? I'm looking for something I can use whilst farming but most CR's don't have anything farming specific, which is a shame. For example if I'm farming lvl 85 mobs and wish to aggro all of them for faster killing, is that possible to do?
