This type of cheating undermines other players' experience and severely upsets the balance of the game environment. Ticket : My account has been banned because I used a tool to spam invite to a guild to reach level 25 faster. I don't think this affected anyone adversely and I think a permanent ban is ridiculously harsh. I will never do it again and ask if the ban can be turned around into a suspension. In summary, guild invite spam was the reason I was banned, blatant AH abuse completely dismissed, as for priors I have had other accounts same named banned. I actually was unaware my new account has the same name on the account... DERP. Anyway there we go
