Alright this is going to be hard to word properly but here it goes.

Does Blizzard keep tabs on how long your battle.net account has been logged into the game? ie. I login to my warrior, bot for 4 hours, log out to character select, choose warlock, bot 4 hours, log out, log in on paladin, bot 4 hours, etc.

Does it "reset" the time online per toon so it would only be like I was online for 4 hours or so, or would it see all of them so it'd be more like 12 hours?

      Any insight is appreciated.

Yes, they keep tabs... Sinve you can get a playtime report mailed to you. And no, they do NOT ban on time played, unless possibly they ban you for playing 24/7 for a couple of weeks time.

For the last umm.. three weeks, I have been running questbot with kicks profiles for something like 12 hours a day on the same account/char... no problems and no bans. Been starting new char, going to 90, starting new char, go to 90, start new char, go to 90 (rinse and repeat)
