Boomkin PvP

Please, please, please, can someone make a good CR for boomkins that works in Arenas and BG's some are ok in BG's but not good and none are good in arena. Are there any dev's that want to take this on I have a good geared Boomkin I'm willing to lend to testing plus there is a solid donation in it from me.
