lag spike issue!

hi,not sure if i can post this one here,but il try having some problems with lag spikes when i run Hb. havent been like this in earlier versions:S running
it with tyrael and demonic cc,anyone have any idea what it can be? drops from like 30fps to 10-12 atleast once a minute! will be very happy if someone can help me kinda annoying to lag around everywhere.running the latest version of hb. thanks in advance

Thanks for info, this was a new problem for me aswell, but higher priority fixed it.
