      Hello!

The Super Moderator Tony said for me to post on the support forum so, thats what i am doing.

I have been away from wow for a long time, just got back and wanted to farm some honor points, but whenever i log honorbuddy (clean install), when it starts loading it goes straight forward to Max Sessions, Will try to log again in 30 seconds, thats the only thing it does. It worked last night but it is doing the same thing again. I have been on Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal and no session is active, so i wonder what could be the problem? maybe my firewall? but it never happened before! and if it is the firewall where should i had it to?
Also at the Buddy Auth Portal it doesnt show any key, maybe because in 2/3 years of use i had to register now to try and solve this problem.
Thanks in advance for any help!!

Wouldn't be the firewall. Without it being on the BuddyAuth, there's no way to kill it. Is it possible that someone else is using it? If it's not in use, the session would eventually just die off. ALSO, did you use the exact same email for both your HonorBuddy purchase, and your BuddyAuth?

No one is using it, atleast not me or a friend of mine that aint playing anymore, and only we had the key. It is the same email i used for the forum, so i gess it was with that email that i bought the key but now im not really 100% sure it's the same email, since i see no key there in the Buddy Auth Portal, is there any way i can confirm it or change it??

99% of people who lose their keys also don't know what e-mail addresses they use. funny how that works right?

if you need anything else let us know.
