So i have only had GB/HB for oh a week and a half now! Guess what?!?! The minute i pay for it it goes down!! And yet somehow i dont seem to mind at all! Its a misfortune indeed but also a necessary one! I have been running my gatherbuddy the last couple days to keep me occupied and looking up info on here on how to optimize my overall gameplay! I have paid for the 1 mo. subscription only (Meaning 1/4 of my play time is already lost) and you can bet your ass that the minute it runs out i am upgrading to lifetime! CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!! Its not so bad! Quit all your whining and try enjoying something else for a change! So my point is quit complaining about a puny patch that isnt even doing much for you right now anyways (with mat prices being so low and everyone saving for expansion) and will help you be one of the richest and quickest to level/gather in the new expansion! Hope some of you see this before you post your pointless and needless venting/disgruntled posts
All these topics is filling up the forums with just useless shit that everyone have different thought about the downtimes and in the end, noone cares sine everyone will be happy when HB is up.
That is your fault if you like paying for a product that is not working. Also I doubt anyone who makes any of the flaming threads will read this they will just bypass it and rant anyway.

Yes it would be my fault for paying for a product not working! And i pretty much owned up to that! However it was working at the time i purchased it! I just only got like 4 days use out of it lol! Oh and thank you osx i will definately check it out tomorrow (felt like it tonight when i saw the thread earlier but decided it was pointless without mic on hand so oh well)

GB was down only 2 days ... for US ppl, only 1 day for EU ppl and only 0 days for Korean / Taiwan server players
To those who may have mis-understood my thread! i am perfectly satisfied with waiting for a good legitimate working product that will help me be one of the first level 85's in cataclysm as well as have enough gold to virtually do whatever i want when i get there! I started this thread to tell those people who are complaining to shut up! Its annoying and if you have a problem with the downtime then go out and write your own program and see how much downtime you have then!! So quit complaining because someone else is doing all the work for you to make a program that does even more work for you! The only reason i mentioned the whole payment thing is because i wanted to show people i have a reason to be slighty more upset than everyone out there complaining and yet im not at all! im fine with what happened!

The only reason to be angry would be, if the 7 days would have passed by a week ago and there would not be any information. Cause if you paid for something (that is how we support customers in my company) they have a right to be informed. This doesn't mean a super big text but just a few senteces won't kill anyone like "we are currently in stage x bla bla". It is the same you buy something from amazon and they say "we will ship it in 2 days", the 2 days passed by and you ask "hey are there any problems" and they would say "it is shipped when it is shipped" that is not how to handle customers, definitely not..and that is one of the basic things you learn first when working at a company where you have to give support in any way. (and i know what i am talking about i am working for a software company myself and giving informative and friendly help/information/support is the most important thing if you want to keep customers) Sure there are customers that don't ask friendly, they just flame arround or react in a aggressive way (telephone /mail / ...))and this makes really angry..but that is part of business.
yes common sense is a rare thing now a days people just think devs can snap a finger and evrything is fixed but people fail to think about all the code that gotta be re-programmed/heavyli edited in a patch(for wow) aswell as in a bot
