I've got a few of these, which is why I don't speak anymore when questing.. I think people also report for harassment when you steal their nodes or mobs. But checking over, doesn't make much sense... maybe he said something in trade chat and got reported for harassment, GM came and then watched him or checked logs and saw he was also botting.
