remove signatures or make a rule that doesn't allow sensitive info such as gold/money made to be in user's forum signatures. discuss.
i don't necessarily want them removed, just no money or gold info. and I am not the only one, ive talked to several veteran GB members that feel the same way.
How is this considered "sensitive info"? You don't know what server/faction the people are selling on. Do you honestly think removing those sigs is going to somehow boost your profits? Get a clue.
alot of ppl do in fact put what server and faction. and no i don't expect a boost in profits if this were to happen, just less newbie cunts wanting to get into selling gold.
Basically the user complained in another thread, it started with him saying it encourages more people to start botting and "decay" the profits of existing botters. I explained that people browsing this site/forums are already interested in the bot but apparently I was considered a troll because I countered his argument and told him to think. Other thread; http://www.thebuddyforum.com/showth...and-280k.-That-s-not-the-most-surprising-part...
thinking is hard for some people. maybe the extra numbers on the screen are confusing. i think i'll put my gold numbers in my sig now. this thread has brought my attention to the matter and i think i need to encourage more people to do so. maybe more customers for boss will help him expand his dev team.
I kind of agree with this, the more people who get into botting and selling gold the lower the price drop's. This in turn may even result in no profit or next to none.
1. Show me a sig that gives the person's server/faction. 2. You were a newbie cunt at some point too. 3. There are plenty of "how to sell gold" and "who to sell gold to" threads here, I don't see how the signatures have anything to do with your argument.
Another person that needs to "think". The people are ALREADY browsing this site/forums so they are ALREADY interested in the bots.
the fuck are you talking about? smoke less crack. and thanks for the positive response, I can't wait to see how much illegal money you've made off Blizzard Entertainment's game.
i don't sell gold, so i haven't, nor do i intend on making any money off blizz's game. but if it helps take money out of your pocket, i'm all for it now.
This kid makes me laugh, if people are here to buy the bot, they're more than likely going to be generating a lot of gold and will most likely end up selling some. PLUS there's a little thing called the 'Success Stories' section of the forums, with Success Stories from botting. Obviously people are going to try and duplicate that success. Synik had it right all along.
