Honorbuddy getting frozen due to injectionfinishedevent error

I am already logged inside the game on my character. Then I start HB. HB indicates me to wait until it initializes. HB starts, detects my toon and then freezes, giving me the following error.

Process must have frozen or gotten out of sync:
InjectionFinishedEvent_was_never_fired

It has been happening with me since past many days. I have reinstalled many times. The problem is repeating every time.

and BTW i am using windows 7, wow 32 bit and HB version 2.5.9468.722
