Hey guys, used HB to level from 1-61 so far. Has run absolutely perfectly, however all of a sudden it's completely broken and not working at all. Here's the log, please someone help me out :/

Exception when attempting to download Expansion01_24_33: System.TimeoutException: This request operation sent to net.tcp://auth3.buddyauth.com:5031/AuthService.svc did not receive a reply within the configured timeout (00:00:30). The time allotted to this operation may have been a portion of a longer timeout. This may be because the service is still processing the operation or because the service was unable to send a reply message. Please consider increasing the operation timeout (by casting the channel/***** to IContextChannel and setting the OperationTimeout property) and ensure that the service is able to connect to the client.
Hi, Spiral, Botanist has pointed toward the problem. But, the problem isn't the mesh server itself, but your ability to communicate with it. Please look in the "To Remedy a non-specific Authorization Failed" section of this article to sort the problem. HelpDesk: 'Authentication Failed' errors My guess is you are having AntiVirus/Firewall configuration issues. cheers, chinajade
Thanks guys, I'll try doing some of the fixes in that link soon. Just seems weird that it's been running perfectly all day and then all of a sudden can't communicate? I haven't made any changes to my firewall config at all.
Allowing HB through my windows firewall seems to have fixed it, thanks a lot. Still confused as to how it occurred though Magic computer stuff I guess.
