Thats a shitty way to get banned if all that stuff you wrote was true, 97%, virtually no auctions, paid account and didnt sell the gold....and I assume you were raiding or doing dungeons? I'd write a really well written and respectful letter about how there must be a mistake.

 

after many phone calls and emails its been changed to a 72 hr ban. I think with some of the addons I had, using framelock, an awesome cc routine and then still spamming the buttons on the keyboard and the mouse it triggered something because i was getting massive lua errors the night before the ban and I fell through maps left and right. I checked my logs and sure enough I can see lua errors.

 

so you really seriously 100% never EVER used HB for anything except tyrael and a rotation? how about bgs, archeology, questing, anything??

did you ever uses PQR for any amount of time?

you have to realise they dont ban 30 sec after detection and whatever you were doing at the time of ban or the week previous is not necessarily the reason for ban. it can be stuff from a month before.

 

I never used for BGs - Questing yes, Arch yes, but very long ago. Never ever used PQR or any type of rotation like PQR on my account ever. I did specifically ask and the GM advised me it was something they saw within the last 3 days. In those last 3 days I was only using Tyrael/Lazy Raider/Pure Rotation. I spoke for a very very lengthy time and the GM was very polite/nice and gave me a lot of info as far as time span.

 

weird. one thing for sure they arent allowed to give you any hint of how the detection actually happened, so either thats a really bad GM or he's screwing with you.

in any cased getting a permban no warning for a couple days of purerotation in raid is pretty damn unusual. maybe someone reported you, who knows.

 

I thought about the possibility of a player reporting me and maybe they just happened to review it during the time I was using tyrael/lazyraid . i also found it strange for those 3 days I kept falling through the map, like the ground, whenever using tyrael but I was also spamming buttons on the keyboard. My friends kept asking me where I went and I tried to explain I kept falling through an endless sky below the ground.
