Already running into a problem at this site.....i kill stuff way too fast. I literally have to stand around and wait until more mobs spawn. But the profile is written nicely, blacklisting the guys on top of the tents will help others.
Okay so I ran for an hour, i realized that i was tabbing and 1-2 shotting a bunch of adds in the beginning, i cant help it >.< when i let it fully run by itself, these are the stats I got: 550+ Hunter Kills: 646 (643/hr) Deaths: 0 (0/hr) Loots: 175 (174/hr) Looted Gold+ Vender Greys: ~250g Windwool Cloth: 153 ~150g Motes of Harmony: 41 ~320g Greens: 17 ~200g Blues: 1 ~1200g Lockboxes: 3(gold+3 greens) ~210g Witchberries: 7 ~10g Pretty solid for any profile.....now comes the Whopper.... Plundered Treasure: 84 84 in one hour!!! The contents were as follows: ~680 gold 70 Windwool Cloth 2 Greens 38 GI Ore 25 Black Trillium 29 White Trillium 41 Exotic Leather all of that added up is almost 1,500g from just the treasures about 3k for an hour, not too shabby, amazed by all of the Treasures!!!
Testing this on my 550 warrior, and for some reason it seems to ignore mobs and run from hotspot to hotspot without killing anything. Is that a setting I can change quickly? Edit: I started with the revision and then checked the original version for comparison. The original runs fine, killing everything, except for getting hung up on the Raiders on the roof. Looking at the revised profile, it seems as though it tells my character to avoid not just the three raiders on the roofs but ALL raiders. I've noticed that in the revised profile the character will still make efforts to kill the differently named mobs like the Chieftain and the Thieves, but ignores Raiders altogether. Editedit: Found a workaround using the original version by altering the blacklist settings on the routine to something like 30 mins, so it only hang up once on the raiders on the roof but then not much after that. It also seems as though my character will use the Potion of Luck at the beginning of the profile, but once the first 20 mins runs out it doesn't reapply. Also for some reason it doesn't go to an actual mailbox... it runs my character on top of the carcass of a beached sea monster and just sits there. haha
You can check I the actual honor buddy settings. You may need to check off kill between hotspots and make sure your pull range is set far
It may also be due to the fact that I put some mobs to avoid due to tryinf to stop it attacking the moba on the top of the huts. Just download the prevous version of the profile and then it should solve the problem. The bot will then auto a oid due to the mob evading thanks for the feedback and ill try to work something out!
I had a very similar experience with my warlock on this profile. After setting kill between hotpots he did attack other mobs and kill/loot them, but only those directly in front of him. He didnt tab target or anything which wouldnt have been a big deal since hes ranged. I think the idea is great and will work out awesome, but I feel the hotspots, targeting/blacklisting etc needs a lot more work before release, this feels more like a Beta. I really look forward to this being improved! Thanks a lot for all the work you have put into it so far! Keep it up!
It pretty much is a beta. Also, about your targetting issues, what combat routine are you using on your lock? Some are more movement friendly. I had purerotation up on my warrior originally which would do silly things like not turn to face combat. Have you tried defaulting to the Singular routine when you start your character? It'll auto-face and target for you. The majority of my issues can be worked around with a little tweaking. Currently the largest issue for making this a strong farming routine is the reapplication of Potion of Luck and getting the mailbox to function. Not certain if others are having issues with those aspects.
All I ever use for farming is Singular actually. I appreciate the response, I will try more tweaks with my current honor buddy setup and leave more feedback later on. It didn't seem like a bad profile, like i said, just could use improvements to make it a "great" profile. To be honest most issues users have are because of their setup, so let me play around with mine before I leave my complete honest thoughts, my first post was mainly just my first impressions.
Nitpicking at this point, but how difficult would it be to add a function to when the bags get full to actually open the plundered treasures? Just about everything in them can then be sent to the mail alt, making space.
Ran this profile again to great success. Just worried about how many people hovered over me for a couple mins before flying away. Not sure if they liked to farm there also, wanted to bot it themselves, or are bot narcs.
