Bot doesn't attack players back !

Can someone explain to me how is it still possible that paid bot with few years of development does not react when attacked by other players but keeps trying to survey for example ? Is it really that hard to make bot stop doing anything and immediately attack back ? Perhaps there is some kind of plugin or does anyone have an idea of writing one suited for this ?

Players reports are one of the main reasons your customers lose their accounts so that bottish behaviour is seriously troublesome.

 

so you would prefer it chase after the rouge or mage that knows your a bot and lead it into pulling mobs that can kill it, making it look 100 times more bottish then just dying?

 

Excuse me, but this question seems nonsensical to me, even then the answer is YES since "rouge or mage" already knows that I'm a bot it doesn't really matter does it ?
